Hinkler Central is a single level, sub regional shopping centre located in the centre of Bundbaerg. Hinkler Central is bounded by Maryborough Street, Electra Street and Barolin Street.

The centre features a strong representation of retailers with three majors: Woolworths, Kmart, Coles. Mini-Majors: The Reject Shop, Soul Pattinson Chemist, The Family Practice and over 73 specialty stores including a food court.
